Here at ElevateHER Mental Health Support Services Canada, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our decision making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies, participant and client feedback and guidance, and high quality data evaluation. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.
We are a grass-roots organization and learning as we grow - our clients and participants are at the core of our program development and decision making processes.

ElevateHER Mental Health Support Services Canada provides individual and group mental health support services to those who identify as female and their prospective families. We envision a society where those who identify as female & their families can live a life of meaning and purpose, with opportunities to achieve ultimate happiness and a life free of poverty and mental illness. It is our first priority to provide diverse & synergistic programming and support services through a compassionate lens, where together as a community, we can foster positive social change & independence for all those who identify as female & their families, in a society that is constantly changing.
GIRL CODE
- We are the creators of the Girl Code program -
A program facilitated across Nova Scotia for female identifying (trans, non-binary, two-spirit, queer or however you may identify), ages 9-11 with mentors ages 16-18. The program contains guest speakers, BIPOC influence, and a parent/guardian portion as well, ensuring that we are holistic and inclusive in our approach. Contact us for more info!
