She also develops customized training for sectors such as hospitality, Airbnb hosts, medical services, community organizations, and youth-serving agencies—ensuring frontline staff can recognize, respond to, and prevent exploitation and violence.
Beyond program development, Stephanie is a multidisciplinary creator. She builds digital products, writes books, develops youth and adult workbooks, facilitates workshops, and designs survivor-led approaches that centre authenticity, humour, healing, and practical life skills. Her programs are known for being innovative, non-conventional, and deeply human.
Raised in Nova Scotia, and having recently relocated to Newfoundland, Stephanie’s work is grounded in community, resilience, and the belief that change is most powerful when it comes from those who have lived it. She specializes in turning complicated real-life issues—mental health, addiction, exploitation, trauma, economic barriers—into accessible, actionable tools that help others survive, grow, and rebuild.
Her mission is simple:
Empower people with the knowledge, support, and opportunities they need to lead safer, healthier, and more self-determined lives.
